  • Gratuity for guides and drivers is not included. Guides and drivers accept cash or Venmo. Standard gratuity is $25 per person.

  • Guests are welcome to bring a cooler on the bus with drinks and snacks of choice. A cooler with water will be provided on the bus.

  • A 3-course food pairing is provided for all In-Home tastings. Lunch will be provided at one stop for all One-Day Tours. For all Weekend Getaways, meals will be planned with hosts. For Corporate Events, food can be provided as an add-on.

  • Reservations are secured through out website and locked with a credit card. Once initial deposit has been paid, our hosts will reach out to set dates, locations and other trip details. Final payment is due 30 days before experience.

  • Guests can use our Contact page to request a customized Great Lakes Wine Experience and our hosts will reach out to confirm details.

  • We will not refund any cancellations less than 30 days before wine experience. Cancellations prior to 30 days before event will be subject to a 5% booking fee.
