Your deposit includes a reservation for a discovery call and locks in your desired experience date. During our call, we’ll design your perfect experience and following, we’ll submit a final invoice which is due 30 days prior to your event.

Gratuity for guides and drivers is not included. Guides and drivers accept cash or Venmo. Standard gratuity is $25 per person.

A 3-course food pairing is provided for all In-Home tastings. Lunch will be provided at one stop for all One-Day Tours. For all Weekend Getaways, meals will be planned with hosts. For Corporate Events, food can be provided as an add-on.

Experiences are secured with your deposit and after our discovery call. Final payment is due 30 days before experience.

Guests can use our Contact page to request a customized Great Lakes Wine Experience and our hosts will reach out to confirm details.

All deposits will be 100% refunded if an experience doesn’t come to fruition. We will not refund any cancellations less than 30 days before wine experience. Cancellations prior to 30 days before event will be subject to a 5% booking fee.

Guests are welcome to bring a cooler on the bus with drinks and snacks of choice. A cooler with water will be provided on the bus.

All initial price estimates include experiences or pick up within 60 miles of Detroit. Travel beyond the Detroit area is absolutely available! We will discuss pricing upon discovery call.
